Energy Management System Policy

Our aim is to provide services in accordance with international criteria, current legislation, specifications, and standards, within the prescribed time frame, with high quality, being environmentally conscious, and without neglecting occupational health and safety conditions, while acting in a service-oriented manner.

Within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations, we aim to identify hazards related to the environment, occupational health, and safety, conduct necessary risk analyses to prevent hazards at their source, and continuously minimize situations that may endanger the environment, life, and property safety. By protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and improving the quality, environment, occupational health, and safety management systems, we aim to enhance satisfaction by enabling our participants to be more competitive.

To achieve this goal:

• In line with our vision, we aim to increase satisfaction by producing services in accordance with the requests and expectations of participants, respectful to the environment and people, and at universal quality standards.
• We aim to provide training opportunities that will allow the personal development of our employees and ensure employee satisfaction.
• By adhering to occupational health and safety rules at the highest level, we aim to prevent, reduce, and control risks, and create a healthy and safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
• We commit to fulfilling our legal responsibilities in all our activities and ensuring that our employees are also aware of these responsibilities.
• We aim to use natural resources and energy efficiently, prevent environmental pollution, and take necessary precautions to keep it under control.
• By adopting the principle of continuous improvement, we aim to fulfill the requirements of the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Energy Management Systems and continuously improve their effectiveness.
• With a sense of social responsibility, we aim to support initiatives that will contribute to the cultural and economic development of the region in which we operate and invest in our young people, who are the guarantee of our bright future.
• We aim to reduce energy intensity in our treatment facilities, KOSBİ service buildings (schools, etc.), and other activities.
• By following technological developments, we will evaluate alternative energy sources that minimize negative impacts.
• We aim to use our energy resources efficiently with a sustainable development approach and to carry out effective and transparent efforts to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
• We will support energy-related legal and other requirements.
• We will consider energy performance in the design and modification of our facilities, equipment, systems, and processes and ensure continuous improvement.
• We will effectively procure and use energy-efficient products and services.
• We commit to preparing and offering more competitive environments for our participants.
