Information About the Organization and the Advertised Position:
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Officer for the administrative building of our organization, which supports participants in the Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone in Izmir by providing services such as planned industrialization, regional development, and offering suitable infrastructure and energy resources.
Job Description:
• Ensure that payroll and personnel processes are carried out in compliance with current legislation.
• Manage leave and report processes in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor developments related to incentives, legislation, and practices.
• Control processes related to employee benefits, and prepare necessary reports and notifications.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of data in the Human Resources system.
• Complete and follow up on all legal notifications related to employee processes.
• Prepare salary, private pension system (BES), and garnishment data, and manage the process.
• Ensure that the organizational chart and job descriptions are up-to-date.
• Carry out necessary tasks in accordance with the recruitment procedure.
• Identify the training needs of personnel and organize the necessary training.
• Analyze employee requests and feedback, provide the most appropriate solutions, and offer consultancy.
• Monitor and report the employee turnover rate periodically.
• Fulfill tasks related to the personnel performance evaluation system.
• Prepare the HR department budget, work targets, and business plans, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to these plans, and create the necessary reports.
• Support the salary plan system.
• Organize staff motivation activities.
Candidate Qualifications:
• A graduate from Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Economics, or Industrial Relations departments of universities.
• At least 5 years of experience in the HR field.
• Knowledgeable in Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security Legislation, and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation (Law No. 6331).
• Familiar with total quality management, quality standards, and process applications.
• Proficient in productivity and performance evaluation systems.
• Analytical thinker, dynamic, team-oriented, and possessing corporate culture and innovation.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving, system-building, and development skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
• Result-oriented, with time management, planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting abilities.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
• Preferably proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, NETSIS, and PDKS programs.
• Residing in Izmir.
• Actively able to drive.
